• 30-Day Return Window: All eligible products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are final.
• Defective Items: If the item you received is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will provide you with a return shipping label at no additional cost. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
• Non-Defective Items: If you decide to return a product for any reason other than a defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method and retain the tracking information.
• Restocking Fee: If the item returned is damaged, a 15% restocking fee may apply. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repairing, and repackaging the item to ensure that it is in resalable condition.

Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. The item must be in new, unused condition, and free of any scratches, dents, or other signs of wear and tear.
